It’s so easy to get caught up in the negative stories and hurtful experiences of the past and doing so just creates anxiety and blocks our progress. It can also lead to a victim mentality. And there’s the evidence scientists are finding that we inherent emotional junk (and some good emotions too) from our ancestors through our DNA. We also run negative programs through our head based on past experiences, which has the tendency to suck the joy right out of life.
